By creating an account and subscribing to KIMI, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

2. Service Description

KIMI provides an AI-powered product listing generation service, including Shopify store integrations and various subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Billing: Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic cycle (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our AI services and the inclusion of a free trial/tier option, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when connecting your Shopify store or making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: KIMI retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform's code, design, and branding.
• Generated Content: The text, titles, and descriptions generated by the AI for your products belong entirely to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

KIMI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service.
